Abstract :
Study was conducted to determine how much influence the spiritual capital on employee performance in Badan Ketahanan Pangan Southern Sumatra Palembang.spiritual capital as a call to tell you, service- oriented jobs and universal values. Performace is the output generated by functions or indicators of an accupation or profession whit in the specified time. Badan Ketahanan Pangan Southern Sumatra Palembang, the number of respondents 80 respondets. This research method uses hypotbefical case studiens and presentation of receipts premises simple linear regresssion analysis using the help of SPSS version 12.00. spiritual capital test case showed that significantly influences the performance of employees in Badan Ketahanan Pangan Southern Sumatra Palembang received and obtained equation Y=14,165+0,67X. Spiritual capital of 4,403 to give effect to the significant level of 0,000 which means below the 0,05 standard.
