Abstract :
Implementation goals of this research is to determine the effects of the style of leadership on employee performance, the influence of labor discipline on employee performance, as well as the influence of the style of leadership and labor discipline together to employee performance PT. Semen Baturaja Palembang. Selected populations in this study were all employees factory in the PT. Semen Baturaja Palembang as many 32 peoples. The style of leadership and labor discipline has positive and significant together to employee performance in the PT. Semen Baturaja Palembang, which generated significant value less than 0,05. Furthermore, based on the value of Adjusted R Square of 0,237, it can be concluded that the percentage contribution of the variable influence of leadership style and labor discipline for the employee performance variable PT. Semen Baturaja Palembang was 23,7%. The remaining 76,3% is caused by a variable number of other variables such a organizational culture and compensation system.
