Abstract :
This study aims to demonstrate empirically the influence of leadership styles and motivation adversity quotient of the principal work in Palembang Xavier Foundation. Sampling technique is done by distributing questionnaires to 43 school principals in South Sumatra. Techniques of data analysis in this study there are three kinds, namely validity test, reliability, and regression testing. Regression results obtained from this study is Y = 94.774 + 1.197 x1 - 0.78 x2 with r 0.661 square. Significance levels obtained for the style of leadership is the leadership style of 0.00, which means a significant influence on work motivation headmaster at Xavier Foundation Palembang, while the significance levels obtained for Adversity Quotient is 0.076, which means Adversity Quotient no effect on the motivation of school principals in Xavier Foundation Palembang. Taken together Adversity Quotient leadership style and simultaneously affect the motivation of school principals in Palembang Xavier Foundation.
