Abstract :
The research aims to know the relationship between the working environment and the teachers achievement at Xaverius 1 Senior High School Palembang. This research is a case study. This research is a case study in which used interview and questionnaire as a way in collection the data. The questionnaire was given to 30 teacher of Xaverius 1 Senior High School as the sample. It was found out that the r table was 0.361 and the cooficient reliability (alpha) was 0.745 for the working environment and 0.899 for the working achievement. The result showed that the working environment gave positive relationship to the teachers achievement at Xaverius 1 Senior High School Palembang.
