Abstract :
Implementation goals of this research is to determine the influence of labor dicipline on employee performance CV Surya Mas Palembang. The population in this study were all employee of CV Surya Mas Palembang many as 30 employees. The technique used in this study is simple regression analysis technique. Labor discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance CV Surya Mas Palembang, where the value of the resulting of significance 0,000 smaller than 0.05. Besides the value t-calculate the resulting of 4,576 is smaller than the t-table. Furthermore, based on the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.407, it can be concluded that the employee's performance variables can be explained by the labor discipline variable by 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.
