Abstract :
This research is conducted in order to analyze the influence of
organizatinal culture on employee?s job performance at P.T. Mars Lestari, a
drinking water based company. This is a field study research and the
questionnaire collected were from all the workers population at P.T. Mars Lestari
which is counted as 78 workers as this research is conducted. Analyze data
technique that used in this research was validity test, reliability test, classic
assumption test that consist of normality test and heterokedasticity, and
regression analysis. The result of the analyze shows that job performance
influenced by organizational culture at 57,8% and the rest is influenced by other
factor outside from this research. Therefore, the conclussion of this research is
organizational culture has significant influence towards employee?s job
performance at P.T. Mars Lestari.
