Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance and operation maintenance division at PT. Titis Sampurna Prabumulih. The population is taken employees in the factory of PT. Titis Sampurna Prabumulih. Samples taken were employees of PT. Titis Sampurna Prabumulih maintenance and operation division already training, amounting to 34 employees. Data analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression analyzes that are done by using software special package for social sciences (SPSS) version 16.00. The conclusion of that training significantly influence employees performance. Coefficients of the table in the column sig. generated significant value same with 0,05. Futhermore, based on the table, R Square value of 0,111, it can be concluded that the percentage of effect training on employee performance and operation maintenance division at PT. Titis Sampurna Prabumulih amounted to 11,1% and the remaining 88.9% were caused by other variables not tested in this study.
