Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of communication and work
discipline to employees performance of PT Sunan Rubber Palembang. Take for
sample by using simple random sampling method. Hypothesis testing using
multiple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 16.0 programme. The
result of this test showed that contribution of influence variable communication
and work discipline as much 44,1 %, remainder influence other variable which
not to be included in this study. Summary of this study is 1) according to partial
communication influence to employees performance, 2) according to partial work
discipline influence to employees performance, 3) communication and work
discipline as all together influence to employees performance.
