Abstract :
Background : The exclusive breastfeeding target set by the government in Indonesia is 80%. Based on RISKESDAS 2018 the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is 37.3%, this number has not reached the target of exclusive breastfeeding, husband support, knowledge, attitudes are needed in the success of exclusive breastfeeding which has an important role for breastfeeding mothers so that it supports exclusive breastfeeding Objective : The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of husband's support, knowledge, attitudes with exclusive breastfeeding to breastfeeding mothers in the Talang Ratu Palembang Health Center Working Area. Method : This study uses a quantitative research design with analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. Sampling uses Non Probability Sampling with a total sampling technique that houses 42 respondents. Univariate and bivariate data analysis using the Kendall Tau test Result : The results showed that 20 respondents (47.6%) received low husband support, as many as 15 respondents (35.7%) got low knowledge, and 22 respondents (52.4%) got low attitudes. The Kendall Tau Test found that there was a relationship between husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding (r = 0.748 and p-value = 0.001) and there was a relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding (r = 0.784 and p-value = 0.001) and there was a relationship between attitude and giving Exclusive breastfeeding (r = 0.921 and p- value 0.001.
