Abstract :
This study analyzed more about the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Sharp Electronics Palembang. PT. Sharp Electronics is one company in the electronics field in which there are 46 permanent employees as respondents in this study. The technique used in this study is Test Instruments, Classical Assumption Test, and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis model of summary contained the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.069 (6,9%), while the remaining 93,1% can be explained by a whole range of other variables not examined in this study. While the average Cronbach's Alpha for job satisfaction is 0.611 and the average Cronbach's Alpha of the employee's performance is 0.769. It shows of all the variables have the above Cronbach's Alpha of 0.60 which means that all variables in this study is reliable.
