Abstract :
The purpose of this study to examine the effect oftransactional leadership on working satisfaction on developmentdepartment at PT Indomarco Prismatama Palembang.The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and interview for 62employees. The population of this study were all employees of developmentdepartment at PT Indomarco Prismatama Palembang. The result showed that transactional leadership on working satisfaction has significanly effect on working satisfaction on developmentdepartment at PT Indomarco Prismatama Palembang (0.001<0.05) for 18,4%.
