Abstract :
This study aimed to examine the effect of environmental uncertainty and decentralization on managerial performance with SAM as a moderating variable information. The population in this study is a manufacturing company in the city of Palembang. Sample using purposive sampling method. The research sample was obtained as many as 42 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 20. Which shows that (H1) which states that the effect of environmental uncertainty and decentralization on managerial performance, (H2) which states that decentralization does not affect the performance of managerial with SAM as a moderating variable information, and (H3) which states that there is no influence of the uncertainty environmental information on managerial performance with SAM as a moderating variable.
