Abstract :
This study aimed to examine and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of independence, professional skills, work experience and job execution examination of the effectiveness of internal watchdog implementation of internal control structure in rural banks (BPR) in Palembang. Population in this research is that there is in the city of Palembang BPR. The sample in this study is an internal watchdog, headteller and chief accounting. A total of 34 questionnaires were returned and analyzed. Data analysis using regression test to test the interaction. These results indicate that the independence and professional expertise but for a significant effect of work experience does not affect the effectiveness of the internal control structure.
