Abstract :
Background : motivation is initiative moving initiative or human behaviour is causing of stimulus interaction and extriction who push people for optimal behaviour in order to reach a purpose in many kinds of, desire, hope, needed and hobbies. Work motivation is internal or external characteristic for every employee that causing attitude enthusisastic arise and peristence in duties. The application in medicine giving with big six is one of most important nurse duties in realize patient safety. Purpose : this research have a goal to known the relationship of nurse motivation with six truth of application in medicine giving of inpatient room in RK Charitas palembang hospital Method: this research methode is using survey design analitic with cross sectional. Thi sample in this research is a nurse who works in RK Charitas Palembang hospital is about 60 respondences with using sampling totality and account with slovin formulation. Result : the result of analize univarial is getting from 28(50%) from 56 respondens experience lack of motivation, 32 (57,1% ) have good motivation, the result of bivariat with statistic sperman test is showed. That there is no meaning connections between nurse motovation with six truth in medicine given. ( P= 0, 144). It is advisable to the agency and health workers to gain more motivation for the nurses to implement the true application of drug delivery
