Abstract :
Immunization is immunity to a disease, by entering a product germs or bacteria that has been weakened or killed (Marimbi, 2010). It aims to determine the factors affect the completeness of basic immunization at Puskesmas Talang Betutu Palembang 2016. It was conducted April 28 to May 2, 2016. Using analytic survey with cross sectional design. The samples is purposive sampling mothers who have babies 9-24 months at Puskesmas Talang Betutu Palembang are 38 respondents. Data analizing uses Univariate and Bivariate. Univariate shows the variables of age: (20-24 years) 26 (22.0%) and (25-30 years) 12 (10.2%), education variable medium 36 (30.5%) and higher education 2 (10.2%) , low knowledge variable 1 (0.8%) and high knowledge 37 (31.4%), variable job does not work 1 (0.8%) and work 37 (31.4%), variable parity children (1-2) 28 (23.7%) and children (?3) 10 (8.5%), good attitude variable 38 (32.2%). Statistical test shows there is no significant relationship between the variables of age and completeness of basic immunization with value (p value = 1.000), there is no significant relationship between the variables of education and completeness of basic immunization with value (p value = 1.000), there is no a significant relationship between the variables of knowledge and completeness of basic immunization with value (p value = 0.395), there is no relationship between the variables employment and completeness of immunization with the value (p value = 1.000), there is no relationship between the variables parity and completeness and basic immunization with value (p value = 0.030), there is a correlation between the attitude of the completeness of immunization with the value (p value is priceless).Hopefully this research can influence of illumination and liveliness mother at Posyandu activities to complete basic immunization in infants.
