Abstract :
Acne is a condition which the face skin pores clogged by muvk until it cause an inflammation which caused by bacterial infection of sebacea gland area. The simulation is aimed to train specific skill, both for professional and daily life. This research aimed to know influence of naturally oily face skin care simulation to the knowledge level of acne vulgaris prevention for teenagers at SMK N 7 Palembang 2015. This Study is Quasy Experiment with purposive sampling technique, the population were 429 students and the respondents were 220 students of X and XI class. Used dependent t-test as the statistic test, it used when the data were numeric with normal distribution. If the data unfill the criterias, it will use wilcoxon test shows that theres a difference knowledge level before simulation was 1.85 and after was 2.69. wilcoxon test shows the P value 0.01 (
