Abstract :
This type of study is explanatory research(explanatory research).This study tries to prove the influence of motivation on managerial performance with confidence(self efficacy)as an intervening variable in the automobile finance company in Palembang. The population used in this research that the car finance company in Palembang which consists of middle managers.Technique is the determination of the sample used nonprobability sampling method with the sampling method used is purposive sampling. This type of research data is primary data. The results of this study is the first hypothesis revealed that the Work Motivation no significant positive effect on managerial performance and for the third hypothesis confidencedoes not have a relationship between work motivation and managerial performance.
