Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of prospector strategy and management accounting information on managerial performance. This study uses contingency theory. The population is star hotel industry in Palembang, then the sample is manager of star range three until five with 61 respondents. The data analysis is multiple regression analysis. Sample were determined using purposive sampling method. The result showed that the management accounting information has affect to managerial performance.
