Abstract :
Basically, the purpose of this research is to empirically examine whether by the Independent Board of Commissioners and Institutional Ownership has an influence in reducing agency costs as proxied by asset turn over (ATO). Turnover assets (ATO) are measured by the formula of total sales divided by the total assets of the company over a period of 1 year. The sample in this study was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2018 period, where the power analysis technique used was Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 25.
