Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work environment variables on the commitment of employees of PT. Surya Indo Cocos. The variables tested are the work environment and employee commitment. This type of research is a case study research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Surya Indo Cocos. The sampling technique used by using census. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that the work environment significantly influences employee commitment. Keywords: Work Environment, Employee Commitment.
