Abstract :
This study aimed to examine the effect of total quality management, organizational commitment and environmental uncertainty to management performance. The theories of this study are Goal Setting Theory and Contingency Theory. The population of this study is all manager of the partner of PT. OYO Rooms Indonesia that was listed partner in the website OYO: Hotel Booking Indonesia (www.oyorooms.com/id/). The sample chosen by purposive sampling method with specific criteria and there was 38 partners as samples. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis were tested with t test which help by IBM SPSS Ver. 21 program. The result of this study shows that (1) total quality management has positive effect to management performance, (2) organizational commitment has no effect to management performance, (3) environmental uncertainty has positive effect to management performance.
