Abstract :
This research aims to examine whether Good Corporate Governance Structure and Environmental Perfomance Affect to Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. The research population was companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2018. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique so the sample of this research was 72 samples consisting of 24 companies. Research hypotheses are tested using multiple linear regression method. The result of this research show that Good Coporate Governance Structure which is proxied by the size of the board of commissioners and the audit committee has no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Environmental Perfomance has no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure
