Abstract :
The study is aimed at understanding the impact of supply chain management and the total quality management of companies' performance in the city of Palembang. The population in this study is the entire manufacturing industry in the city of Palembang. The sample used in the study is the proprietor of a hawker in the city of moisturizer of 40 people. The collection of data in this study USES a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the linear regression with the help of SPSS software (statistical package for the social sciences) 21. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that partially supply chain management research results have no effect on company performance while total quality management has an effect on company performance in the city of Palembang.
