Abstract :
This study aims to determine and prove whether the variable flash sales promotion in Shopee has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The population in this research is the people who have shopped products at Shopee flash sale. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. In this study, data collection techniques used were using a questionnaire instrument. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, the classic assumption test that is the normality test and heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study prove that flash sale has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
