Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the variable use of the budget and strategic changes have an influence on the style of ownership management in family mili companies. The theory used in this study is cotingency theory. The population is SMEs in the city of Palembang. The Unit of Analysis in this research is the owner or employee of SMEs that is involved and responsible in managing the SMEs and has information about the problem to be studied. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of variable use of the budget and strategic changes to the style of ownership management in family-owned companies. The results obtained indicate that the variable use of the budget does not affect the management style and strategic change variables do not significantly influence the management style.
