Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to know that the quality of tax services, ease of payment, and tax socialization affect taxpayer satisfaction in paying motor vehicle tax at SAMSAT Corner Palembang. This study uses Theory of Planned Behavior as the theory. The population is all motor vehicle taxpayers who are in the city of Palembang, while the sample is taxpayers registered with SAMSAT Palembang with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis to find out that the quality of tax services, ease of payment, and tax socialization affect taxpayer satisfaction in paying motor vehicle tax at SAMSAT Corner Palembang. The results obtained indicate that the quality of tax services and tax socialization do not affect the satisfaction of taxpayers in paying motor vehicle tax at SAMSAT Corner while ease of payment has a significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction in paying motor vehicle tax at SAMSAT Corner Palembang.
