Abstract :
The successful implementation of digital wallet is influenced by the acceptance of digital wallet by its users. On the other hand, the user?s readiness for the application of digital wallet will affect acceptance. One of the digital wallet present now is the Dana application that helps in transaction process. This study aims to see the readiness of digital wallet user acceptance models used is the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM), which is a combination of the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. The results of the ten hypotheses were proposed. Nine hypotheses were rejected and one hypothesis was acceptance. This happened because users of the Dana application were still experiencing concerns, the inconvenience of using the Dana application for the transaction process, replacing the physical wallet and cash.
