Abstract :
The objective of this study was to find out and to analyze the influence of Participation in Budget Preparation, Budget Target Clarity, dan Human Resources Professionalism parttially on Managerial Performance in the urban village in Ilir Timur sub-distric in Palembang Municapitality. The research used causal method, and the objects of the research were all urban village in Ilir Timur sub-distric in Palembang. 23 samples were obtained from 23 urban villages. Hypothetical testing using multiple regression analysis methods with SPSS 22 program The result of the research showed that, partially, participation in budget preparation had influence on managerial performance in the urban village in Ilir Timur sub-distric in Palembang Municapitality, while budget target clarity and human resources professionalism had no influence on manajerial performance in the urban village in Ilir Timur sub-distric in Palembang.
