Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the work load and non-physical work environment affect the performance of field employees of the Maduma cooperative in Palembang City. The population is field employees of the Maduma Cooperative in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was the Census. Respondents in this study were field employees of the Maduma Cooperative. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, t test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the workload and non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Maduma cooperative field employees in Palembang City.
