Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Sumatera Mega Mart Baturaja. The sample used in this study were 30 employees using the saturated sample method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection used questionnaires and hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 20 program application. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction
