Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the multiple role conflict variables and job stress have an influence on the performance of female salespeople in Palembang City. The data used in this study are primary data using a questionnaire instrument. The sample applied using purposive sampling. The sample of this research is 100 female sales staff in Palembang City. The statistical model used to test the hypothesis in this study is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results obtained indicate that multiple role conflicts and job stress have no effect on the performance of female salesperson employees in Palembang City simultaneously.
