Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work saturation (burnout) on the performance of the technician employees at PT Aurora Mulia Sambaru Palembang. The population used in this study were 31 people. The technique used is the Saturated Sample Technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that the Burnout variable has a significant effect on the performance of the technician employees at PT Aurora Mulia Sambaru Palembang
