Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the variables of job training and work motivation either partially or simultaneously have an influence on the performance of the employees of CV. Indra Kencana Artindo. The variables tested were job training, work motivation and employee performance. This research is a case study research. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Indra Kencana Artindo, totaling 33 people. Sampling using census technique with a total sample of 32 respondents. The test results show that the job training variable has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, the work motivation variable has a significant and significant effect on employee performance and job training and work motivation jointly and significantly affects employee performance.
