Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to determine whether quality culture moderates the effect of total quality management (TQM) on quality cost efficiency at restaurants in Palembang city. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method with the number of samples used in this study were 90 restaurants in Palembang city. The variables were tested by using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method with a significant level of 5%. The result showed that quality culture was not able to moderate the relationship between total quality management (TQM) and quality cost efficiency.
