Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the variables of service quality and price have an influence on user satisfaction of go-jek (go-ride) online transportation services in Palembang City. In this study, using a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study are consumers who have used go-jek (go-ride) online transportation services. And the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results contained in this study are that the price variable has a significant effect on the user satisfaction of Go-jek (go-ride) online transportation service users, while the service quality variable shows a positive but insignificant effect on user satisfaction of Go-jek online transportation service users (go-jek). ride)
