Abstract :
Sarang Coffe is one of the coffee shop businesses that will be opened on the street Mayor Santoso No, 25, in front of the Cambodian stadium. therefore Sarang Coffe needs a study of this business development plan. This study aims to formulate an appropriate business development strategy and evaluate business feasibility based on aspects of production, organizational aspects, financial aspects and business development plans for this Sarang Coffe coffee shop. Collecting data in this study is to conduct interviews directly with coffee shop nest coffee shop owners and conduct observations in the field. This study uses a business feasibility analysis and business plan. Analysis of business feasibility covers market aspects that discuss products with coffee variants, prices with affordable variants, Sararang coffee is located on Mayor Santoso street in front of the Tamboka stadium in Palembang, South Sumatra. Financial aspects discuss about 7.585 cups of coffee, PP for 2.09 and NPV of Rp. 29,104,480, IRR of 20.52% and MARR of 13%.
