Abstract :
This study aimed to examined the effect of management accounting information systems, environmental uncertainty, and human capital. This study used contingency theory. The population of this study were all hotel managers, with a total of 94 hotels registered in the Regional Tax Management Agency (BPPD) of Palembang City.Determination of the sample in this study used purposive sampling method, in order to obtained 35 hotels in Palembang. Technique for data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that only management accounting information systems had a significant positive effect on managerial performance, while environmental uncertainty and human capital had no significant positive effect on managerial performance.
