ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variables on the performance of Best Group employees in Palembang. The type of research is a case study. The population were all employees of Best Group Palembang. The sample used in the study was 66 people. The sample technique used is saturated sampling. The results of the research that were obtained partially, the direct compensation and indirect compensation variables had effect on the employees' performance at Best Group Palembang. In the F test results obtained simultaneously the direct compensation and indirect compensation variables had significant effect on the performance of the employees of Best Group Palembang. Coefficient of determination analysis showed that 77.2% of the direct compensation and indirect compensation variables were able to explain the employee performance while the remaining 22.8% of the employee?s performance variable were able to explain other variables except direct compensation and indirect compensation variables
