Abstract :
This study aimed to examine the effect of operational audits and internal control systems against effectiveness of the production function by using the 57 questionnaires distributed to managers in rubber company incorporated at South Sumatra GAPKINDO and processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS ver. 16.0. The results show that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that of the operational audi affectt the effectiveness of production function is received. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that the system of internal control affect the effectiveness of production function is rejected. The third hypothesis (H3) which states that the operational audit and internal control system simultaneously affect the effectiveness of the production function is received.
