Abstract :
This study was conducted to determine how much influence the total net income and cash flow has a significant effect on the price of shares in state-owned enterprises on the Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all state-owned companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The study sample was obtained as many as 11 state-owned companies. In pengujuian hypothesis using SPSS ver.11, 5. The results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) is rejected, the net income effect on the company's stock price SOEs in IDX. The second hypothesis (H2) is also rejected, the total cash flow effect on the company's stock price SOEs in IDX.
