Abstract :
This Research aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems management, decentralization and environmental uncertainty on managerial performance on state owned enterprises (BUMN) at Palembang city. The data used in this research primary data using quistionnaires. The sampel in this research is the manager of a lower level to the upper level. This method of testing the data using multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that there is no influence between accounting information systems management, decentralization and environmental uncertainty on managerial performance. That means the hypothesis rejected.
