Abstract :
This study aimed to examine the effect of learning motivation and learning styles on student learning achievement. The population in this study were all students majoring in accounting at the stie MUSI Palembang, the University of PGRI Palembang and the University of Muhammadiyah Palembang. Sample set by using purposive sampling method. The sample obtained by 90 respondents. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS ver.20, 0. The results show that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that the motivation effect on student achievement of accounting, supported. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that learning styles affect the achievement of students of accounting, supported.
