Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of the application of good corporate governance and funding decisions to the company?s Momentum EVA. The population of this study were publicly traded company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI). Samples determined by using purposive sampling method. The samples obtained were as much 10 companies. Testing hypothesis using multiple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS Ver. 15,0. The test results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that the apllication of good corporate governance effect on value of Momentum EVA was accepted. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that funding decisions effect on value of Momentum EVA also accepted.
