Abstract :
The purpose of this research is Influence of uncenrtainly enviromental and system of peformance rule to managerial performance. The population is head of high school major or university in palembang city. The sample is head of high school major or university in palembang city amount 31 person. Data Analysys Technique is double regression analysys. Basd on problem research, the decision is uncenrtainly enviromental and system of peformance rule have a significant influence to managerial performance. Its look form the t test that have a significancy less than 0,05, based on adjusted R Square test which amount is 0,291 that decisioned uncenrtainly enviromental and system of peformance rule have a influence to managerial performance amount 29,1% and the 70,9% influence by another factor beside uncertainty environmental and system of performance fule. The decision of this research is uncenrtainly enviromental and system of peformance rule have a important influence to managerial performance
