Abstract :
This research further analyzes on the effect of labor discipline on employee performance Immigration Office Class I Palembang. Immigration Office is one of the companies in the service sector in which there are 63 employees as the population as respondents in this study. The technique used in this study is the Test Instrument, Classical Assumption Test, and Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results obtained by Simple Linear Regression Analysis of the results of t-calculate variable labor discipline is 2.497 greater than t-table are 1,998. This suggests that labor discipline positive effect on employee performance Immigration Office Class I Palembang.
