Abstract :
This study to analyze the effect of service quality (Tangibles, Reability, Assurance. Responsiveness, and Emphaty) on customer satisfication CV. Sarana Banindo, which aims to identify and analyze the influence of service quality CV. Sarana Banindo to customer satisfication. The main problem of this analysis is the need for a decrease in the level of sales for the last few periods. This study uses the type of survey research, the sample in the study were 50 respondents. The results of this study indicate tha partial or entire variables: Tangibles, Reability, Assurance. Responsiveness, and Emphaty in a positive and significant impact on customer satisfication.
