Abstract :
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of multiple roles and workload on the performance of female teachers at Xaverius SMA Palembang. Respondents of this study were all married female teachers at Xaverius High School, Palembang. The technique of collecting data was a survey using questionnaires and was carried out on 35 female teachers at Xaverius High School, Palembang city, using the census method, with the criteria for married female teachers. The analysis in this study used the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedacity, multiple linear regression and t test. The results of data processing show that the multiple role factor (X1) has a significant effect on the performance of female teachers (Y) at Xaverius Foundation High School in Palembang City. The workload factor (X2) has a significant effect on the performance of female teachers (Y) at XaveriuFoundation High School in Palembang City.
