Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work envirodnment on employee spirit at CV. Ferry Jaya Plastik Palembang. In this study, the population is taken employees at CV. Ferry Jaya Plastik Palembang. Samples taken were all employees, amounting to 48 employees. Analytical techniques used to process the data that are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression analyzes that are done by using software special package for social sciences (SPSS) version 16.0. The conclusion of that work environment significantly influence employee spirit. Coefficients of the table in the column sig. generated significant value less than 0,05. Futhermore, based on the table, adjusted R Square value of 0,077, it can be concluded that the percentage of variables influence work environment on employee spirit variables at CV. Ferry Jaya Plastik Palembang amounted to 7,7% and the remaining 92,3% were caused by other variables not tested in this study.
