Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the factors of managerial performance.
This object research are all hospital in Palembang city. This study uses samples of all hospital manager that had budgetary participation. By using purposive sampling method, the obtained total are 35 manager as the unit samples for research with questionnaries method used.
Data analysis techniques in this study by moderated regresion analysis (MRA) with SPSS ver. 21 software which consists of a test for validity and reliability, descriptive statistic, asumtion classic test, and hypotesist test.
The result of this study shows that theres a positive influence of budgetary participation toward managerial performance, but another factors like organization commitment, leadership, and job relevant information (JRI) cannot moderate the relation between budgetary participation toward managerial performance.
