Abstract :
This study aimed to see whether the debt policy is influenced by institutional ownership, growth companies, the structure of assets, and sets investment opportunities. This research uses secondary data types. This study population is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample set by using purposive sampling method. The research sample obtained is as much as 399 companies. Hypothesis testing using linear regression method with the help of statistics program R version 2.11.1. The results show that the hypothesis (HA3) stating the structure of assets has positive influence on debt policy is accepted.
